David Michael Harewood (born 8 December 1965) is a British actor, presenter and the current president of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He is best known for his roles as CIA Counterterrorism Director David Estes in Homeland (2011–2012), and as J'onn J'onzz / Martian Manhunter and Hank Henshaw / Cyborg Superman in Supergirl (2015–2021).
Harewood portrays Warlin Door, host of the Dark Place talk show "In Between with Mr Door" in the 2023 Remedy Entertainment game Alan Wake II. As Door, he sings and dances in the Old Gods of Asgard track Herald of Darkness alongside performances from Ilkka Villi and Matthew Porretta as Alan Wake as well as a dance cameo from Sam Lake. He reprised the role at The Game Awards 2023.
